Introducing Birch - Buck & Birch

With the launch of their new product; Birch- we were enlisted to capture the drink, the founder’s story and the ethos behind Buck & Birch. Coming from an environmentally conscious background, the pair set out to create an amazing range of foraged drinks as part of a wilderness-refined collection.
Rupert and Thomas have created something really special here- so it needed a video to match.

The drink itself is beautifully created, capturing the amazing range of flavours the Birch tree has to offer. We really pulled out all the stops for this project, including drone footage, prone lens shots and much much more.

As filmmakers, we strive to uncover the deeper meaning behind every story we tell. In our latest project, we followed the journey of saplings from the birch tree to the final bottling process, tracing the intricate details of the process from leaves to twigs and mushrooms. Through a cinematic lens and an emotive narrative, we captured the essence of the birch tree itself, while highlighting the importance of wilderness conservation in Scotland. While there is no one solution to environmental issues, we firmly believe that it is essential for all of us to be environmentally conscious and kind, and to work together to heal and grow.

This project was an exciting challenge for us as we tested our skills with the latest addition to our arsenal - drones. With a wide range of breathtaking Scottish landscapes at our disposal, we were thrilled to have the opportunity to use a drone to capture the film. Not only did this allow us to showcase the beauty of Scotland in a unique way, but it also helped us improve our drone handling and control skills.
