LGBT+ flag raising 2024 - Queen Margaret University

We are thrilled to share with you the incredible experience we had capturing the moments of the LGBT+ History Month flag-raising event at Queen Margaret University. In conjunction with the Students' Union, QMU's commitment to diversity and inclusion creates safer environments for students and staff alike, allowing people to learn, research, and teach as their true selves.

As a queer-owned small business, being commissioned to photograph this significant occasion meant the world to us. Not only did it allow us to showcase our photography skills, but it also gave us the opportunity to contribute to the visibility and celebration of our community's rich history.

Being part of events like these holds a special place in our hearts. It's not just about taking pictures; it's about telling a story - a story of resilience, love, and progress. This commission goes beyond a professional opportunity; it's a chance to contribute to the collective narrative of the LGBTQ+ community.

Big thanks to everyone who turned up and supported the event.
