Check-in 2022 - RoomRacoon

The brilliant team at RoomRacoon were looking for a local and discrete team to cover their Perth even in March of 2022 and we fit the bill. We were commissioned for a collection of event photography for the websites and social media, a video of the event itself and the keynotes filmed and recorded.

As you can see, these are great images with multiple use cases. We aimed to capture the fun and excited mood of the event in these images and found that in working with so many small businesses, the anticipation is palpable.

What we had to do when, creating the video is update the motion graphics to be 4k friendly- as we wanted the best quality product for our client. Anton matched the RoomRacoon style to make sure that, even when upgraded, the video fit in with the rest of the RoomRacoon catalogue. These motion graphics also include the creation of the ‘check-in’ graphics. See here.

And for the video, we took a little extra time to make it perfect. We were asked to match the style of videos RoomRacoon already hosted on their websites and this posed a slight challenge as the venue was so different.

As previously mentioned, we also covered the keynotes and put them together so easy of shareability. These can be seen here on the RoomRacoon website. These were fun to listen to and then work on, adding in the slides to help clarify the speaker’s intentions. This kind of work is enjoyable but also easy to capture alongside our photography and videography of the event.
