With diets and nutrition becoming ever more important to understand, why not try one of Queen Margaret University’s courses to learn more about the fantastic world of food? Made within the span of two months, this video combines a wide range of footage to really capture what the course offers. Something like nutrition can be hard to visualise, however working alongside academics allows us to get the visuals just right.
