Videography and Production - IDC, Ingram ONE Global

We were asked again to step in and help out with some videography, this time with a few more hours to work with. Within the project, we helped produce by working with our client to pick locations thematic to their script, alongside helping with cinematography and storyboarding whilst on set.

The days of filming themselves followed 2 days of travelling around locations in Edinburgh making a price to camera across the city. With a few locations being compromised (due to road works) we, on the fly, found new places to shoot. These locations ended up creating a really cohesive effect.

In the end, we also helped a bit with the edit in touching up the raw footage and helping cut out bad takes. This involved cleaning up any noisy audio and retouching colours to be crips and pleasant. Classicly, with Edinburgh, the weather changes and so making the lighting and colour match is a challenge worth attempting. Overall we are really proud of our speed and efficiency on this project and would love to do more.

Though we cannot share this video at the moment, please do enjoy the thumbnail. We will add the final video when it is available.

Please do check out IDC and this video over on their website. Rory also will be creating a selection of YouTube videos which will be shared in the coming future.
